The RAM-109V-4U consists of a 6" long curved swing arm with open socket and vertical surface mounting base. There are two (2) pivoting points on the mount, one at the swing arm and base and one at the center of the open single socket. Each pivoting point allows a complete 360 degree rotation. The open socket will accommodate all RAM C-Size 1.5" diameter ball component parts.
