Real Mounts wants you to be happy with your purchase, however if you need to return any products to us we offer the following options:

  • Faulty Items - If your item breaks (other than physical damage) and it occurs within the manufacturer's warranty period, we can offer you a refund/credit, or replacement. We are entitled to request the faulty items back, but most times we can handle this procedure with an email and photo to save hassle. RAM Mounts offer a lifetime warranty on most parts, except for items containing electronics which have a 1-3 year warranty depending on the item. 
  • Unwanted Items - If you order the wrong item and would like to return it, we are happy to accept these back for credit within 30 days of invoice unless:
    • The items have been opened from packaging and/or used;
    • The items were specially ordered in to fulfil your order;
    • The items were supplied in bulk quantities (eg, more than 10)
      The return freight costs are to be covered by the buyer
  • Shipping Errors - If you have received incorrect items (sorry!) please advise us ASAP, and supply supporting evidence by email such as photos. Missing items will be shipped at our cost, and incorrectly or oversupplied items will be shipped back to us at our cost too.
