Shipping and Delivery

Real Mounts offers a wide range of economical, and premium freight options. These have been carefully chosen based on our many years of industry experience comparing reliability, speed, and cost of freight carriers. 

We currently offer 3 domestic freight options:

• StarTrack Premium (our flagship service, that is in our experience the fastest and most reliable freight service, anywhere in Australia. Delivered overnight a lot of the time to most Australian addresses, but if not normally within 1-3 days to 99% of addresses)
• StarTrack Express (a cheaper, and slightly slower freight service by StarTrack, that travels by road moreso than air. Typically delivered within 3-7 days. Suitable for larger boxed or bulkier orders.)
• eParcel (Standard and Express Post are both offered, with standard typically being delivered in 2-8+ business days, and Express Post typically delivered in 1-3 business days to 80% of addresses. These are our only services that deliver to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers)

We also offer 2 international freight options:

• DHL Express (for larger and bulky and fast deliveries up to 100kg, a popular option for New Zealand customers with a typical delivery time of 2-3 business days from Australia)
• Australia Post International Parcel (Standard and Express are both offered, with standard typically taking 8-12 business days to NZ, and express typically taking 4-8 business days to NZ). Only suitable for orders up to AUD $2000 in value.

All freight costs are calculated at checkout, based on the dead weight and volume of the items you have ordered.

We endeavour to process all orders received before 12pm on the same business day we receive them.
